Herbalife's Thermo Complete is a very underrated product. The reason is that most people do not understand how the separate ingredients work. In this article, I will endeavour to rectify that.

Yerba Matte Tea
You have probably never heard of Yerba Matte tea unless you are resident in South America. Traditionally it is made like most other teas, roasted tea leaves in boiling water.

Before I explain how Yerba Matte tea helps to reduce both, let me first explain how fat works. In the simplest form, think of it as a storage yard that store goods in shipping containers. They start with a few containers and when they are full, they order another one and then start to fill that up also.
